The idea for GuestGoodie arose during our honeymoon. While traveling through various hotels, we repeatedly noticed: The multitude of offers remains undiscovered. Not due to lack of quality, but because the communication isn't right. Great chefs stand in empty restaurants, fantastic spa areas remain unused in the mornings. That's when we combined our knowledge from marketing and software development and worked intensively to create something completely new. The result: GuestGoodie.
The Minds Behind GuestGoodie
Can a guest app be hospitable? Our answer: It has to be!
Our
approach: Digitalization should enhance hospitality, not replace
it.

Hello, we are Selina and Fabian - the founders from
GuestGoodie. We firmly believe that your hospitality is the
most valuable thing you have. That's why we developed
GuestGoodie - the first Guest-Activation-App that
authentically brings your hotel's charm into the digital world.
We
rely on authentic video messages instead of impersonal texts, on
thoughtful psychology instead of crude advertising.
Our
goal: To help you proactively shape your guest stay without losing
your unique charm through digitalization. To remain authentic while
still selling cleverly - for a modern guest experience that never
loses sight of hospitality.

Selina Ladenstein M.Sc. B.A. | CEO
Hi! People want to be inspired, not persuaded. This philosophy
from eight years of marketing & sales is embedded in every
detail of GuestGoodie.
That's why I rely on
psychologically thoughtful sales impulses that always seem
authentic and motivate your guests to act. And most
importantly: You only see your hotel branding, never ours.
This way your hotel remains the focus while psychology works
in the background.

Fabian Ladenstein M.Sc. B.Sc. | CTO
Hi! As a passionate software developer for more than eight
years, I love developing innovative products that clearly
stand out from existing solutions. My conviction: Good
technology supports people but never replaces them.
That's
why I ensure with GuestGoodie that everything remains
user-friendly - you should never have to feel like an IT
expert. Because more features aren't better, but the right
features that actually help you achieve your goals.
