Connecting your Property Management System (PMS) with GuestGoodie enables automatic synchronization of your hotel data. Once connected, rooms, guests, and reservations are kept up-to-date in real-time, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring your team always works with current information.
What Gets Synchronized
When you connect your PMS to GuestGoodie, the following data is automatically synced:
- Rooms: All your room numbers and room types
- Guests: Guest information and contact details
- Stays/Reservations: Check-in and check-out dates, reservation status
Real-time Updates: If your PMS supports it, changes are synced immediately. This means when a new reservation is made or a guest checks in, the information is instantly available in GuestGoodie.
How to Connect Your PMS
Step 1: Open the PMS Integration Dialog
- Click on the Hotel Popover in the bottom left corner (showing your hotel name)
- Select "PMS Integration" from the menu
Step 2: Choose Your PMS Provider
The PMS Integration dialog will open, showing all currently supported providers.
Supported PMS Providers include:
- APALEO
- MEWS
- ORACLE (Opera Cloud)
- STAYNTOUCH
- And more...
We're constantly adding new integrations. If your PMS isn't listed, please contact us at help@guestgoodie.com. If the provider supports integrations, we can set one up for you.
Step 3: Follow the Setup Process
After selecting your PMS provider, the dialog will guide you through the connection process. Each PMS has its own setup requirements, but the dialog will provide clear instructions for:
- Entering credentials or API keys
- Authorizing the connection
- Testing the integration
- Completing the setup
Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the integration.
After Connection
Once your PMS is successfully connected:
- Automatic Sync: Data begins synchronizing immediately
- Real-time Updates: Changes in your PMS are reflected in GuestGoodie (if supported by your PMS)
- No Manual Entry: Guest information, room assignments, and reservations are automatically maintained
