Use the Flexipass integration

Connect Flexipass

In your GuestGoodie back office go to the Integrations Page (by clicking on the Hotel in the left bottom corner and clicking on "Integrations"). Here select Flexipass and follow the instructions shown.

Connect Flexipass to Space

GuestGoodie will automatically try to sync all door identifieres from Flexipass to your spaces. But you can also add these by opening a Space and changing the connected Door.

Connect Flexipass to Goodie

You can also connect Flexipass doors to bookable Goodies by opening the Goodie Dialog, making it "Bookable" and choosing the Door. This way guests can open a booked Goodie 5 minutes before until the end of their booking.

What happens if a guest loses their phone or the battery dies?

The Flexipass digital key is a convenient addition, not a total replacement. Guests can still receive a physical keycard from your reception team, or you can remotely unlock the door for them via your existing door management software.

Do I need to be a tech expert to set this up?

Not at all. The Flexipass integration is designed for "Self-Service." You simply connect the provider in the GuestGoodie back office and map your doors to your spaces. No coding or developer help is required.

How does the "5-minute rule" work for booked experiences?

To ensure a seamless flow, the system automatically activates the Flexipass digital key 5 minutes before a scheduled booking (like a sauna or gym slot) and deactivates it once the booking period ends.

Is the Flexipass digital key secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and direct API communication with Flexipass. GuestGoodie never "stores" the master key; we simply facilitate the secure command between the guest`s verified booking and your locking system.
